At Builders Depot, we want to ensure your construction or renovation project is a success by offering a flexible 30-day return policy on most hardware and building materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the right tool for the job.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware kits, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned materials, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
