Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. For oversized loads like timber or bulk masonry, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your proximity to our regional distribution centers.

Yes, we offer a dedicated Pro Program for licensed contractors and builders. Members receive volume-based pricing, tax-exempt purchasing options, and a dedicated account manager.
What is your return policy for surplus materials?
Unused and unopened materials in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-cut lumber, tinted paint, and special-order items are non-returnable.
How do I track my freight delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our freight partner's portal. For large curbside deliveries, the driver will call you 30-60 minutes prior to arrival.
